Round, square and shape punching /nibbling Shearing: Hydraulic guillotines for flat and sheet shearing with a maximum capacity 12mm thickness x 3200mm width Gas Cutting: Portal frame CNC and manual machines maximum capacity 2100mm width and 6000mm cutting length and maximum oxyfuel cutting thickness of 100mm incorporating CAD nesting facilities to minimise waste
Forming/Pressing: Hydraulic downstroking pressbrakes with maximum capacity 200 tonnes x 4000mm width and special purpose presses Ring Rolling: Hydraulic 3 roll drive machines for flat and spiral ring rolling on angles, flats & tubes Welding: Certified welders welding mild and stainless steel, hardox, and aluminium using Mig, Tig and M.M.A processes. Maximum capacity 500 amp Drilling: Portable magnetic drilling,multi spindle and radial arm drilling machines Sawing: Cut off, downstroking and bandsaws for straight and mitre cutting with maximum capacity of 325 mm for rounds and 500mm x 300mm for square sections Finishing: On site Stainless centreless polishing and linishing facilities; sanding, grinding, shotblasting and wet paint application processes. Electroplating, hot zinc/copper/brass spraying and hot dip galvanising available Machine Shop: A range of Vertical,Horizontal and Universal milling machines,Lathes and special purpose shaping to give substaintal in house machining capacity Lifting Equipment: Forklifts up to 5 tonnes.Pillar cranes handling up to 1000kg and overhead cranes up to 3 tonnes Workshop area: 5000m2 on two sites totaling 5.4 hectares
