Landmark project in North London 10-storey building providing 120 apartments and a basement car park with the main feature of the building being the eighty eight balconies. Provdided for Genesis Housing Group.

Client Durkan Project Metalwork   Eighty eight balconies formed from steel frame, balustrade with glass infill and hardwood decking. Assembly was completed on site, lifted into position as one unit. Other metalwork on site provided by Ashendene included escape stairs, balustrades on concrete stairs and feature entrance canopies.
